Shipping

Standard shipping is via UPS ground, unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. UPS one, two and three-day are available. Shipping and handling are FOB Cranston ,Rhode Island All packages insured totally $100.00 or more.

Out-of-Stock Items

Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days. All backorders will take 3 weeks. There will no charge for shipping on backorders. The customer can request to cancel those items.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. RMA (Return Merchandise Autorizationis required. Damaged merchandise or shortages must be reported within seven(7) days of receipt of shipment. Returns must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise if for some reason you are unhappy with the product. There will be a 15% restocking fee. All product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged.Include Invoice No. and P.O. Returns shipped prepaid - Not responsible for losses on packages being returned to Marian and Me so please insure.

Sales Tax

Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut residents will be charged sales tax due to the tri-state sale tax law.
